Return and Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Our return policy allows you to return your items and receive a refund. Almost all refunds are processed on the day they are received.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We inform you that according to article 103.c of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during purchase. For credit card payments, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, it will not be eligible for a refund.
If anything is unclear or you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Items for sale
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping and returns
To return your handmade jewelry, you must send the product by mail to: AVENIDA DIAGONAL, 511 – P. ENT, 08028, Barcelona.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
